Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our community, the Office of Admissions has canceled all campus visits, including daily information sessions, campus tours, large open houses, and admitted student programming until further notice.
We appreciate the difficulty and inconvenience that this places on prospective students and their families during the important college search and decision process. We have developed opportunities for prospective students to connect with us virtually through online information sessions and webinars.

Thinking about transferring to the University of Rochester? A Transfer Visit Day is an excellent way to learn about campus opportunities with other prospective transfer students.
About Transfer Visit Days
Although traditional Transfer Visit Days are currently on hold, we’re committed to ensuring prospective students can still connect with us. That is why we’re offering a virtual Transfer Information Session on Friday, February 19 and Friday, March 12 at 11 a.m. EST, which will be hosted by a transfer counselor and current Rochester transfer students. This session is a great way to learn about our community and have your specific questions answered.
We highly recommended interviews for all applicants. An interview with an admissions representative is a great way to stand out from the crowd and share your educational and co-curricular experiences, interests, and personal qualities in a comfortable, conversational setting. For interviews to be included in our rolling admissions review, complete the interview around the same time you apply.
