A little about me!

Meliora, folks!

I’m Natasha Chainani, a junior at the School of Arts and Sciences! Born in Bombay, living in Singapore and now in Rochester, I love attending the U of R while bringing with myself a truly international background! I have an endless list of passions—writing, culinary arts, travelling and photography. Question is, which one do I follow? Well, I’m not too worried, because I know I’ve come to the right place looking for my answers! At the end of four years’ worth of exploration, I know I’ll find my answer! As of now, I’m pursuing the pre-med track, with a major in microbiology and an intended minor in health, behavior and society. I am a freshman fellow, an office assistant for Admissions, on a competitive dance team, UR Bhangra, and I am going to be volunteering at the University of Rochester Medical Center this spring.

When I’m not scouring the Internet looking up good recipes or watching the Food Network on TV, you’ll find me lounging outside somewhere in the sunshine reading a good book, lost deep in thought, fiddling with my camera or raving over my latest food crusades and world travels!

I’m looking forward to the rest of my time at the U of R, and it gives me great pleasure to be writing this blog and giving you all an opportunity to see the world through my eyes! Come; learn, explore, and discover with me. . . .
